Shipping

All orders are processed within 48 hours on business days and the goods are then shipped with an express delivery courier. The delivery usually takes from 2 to 3 business days for orders from Switzerland, 2 to 6 business days for orders from Europe and North America, and 5 to 10 business days for orders from other countries. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery yourself.

Depending on your country of residence different shipping and processing charges are applicable, which are not covered by the products’ list prices. Those shipping fees are:

Since our prices exclude country-specific taxes (e.g. VAT) and customs fees after a shipment reaches your country it might be subject to import duties and taxes. These additional charges for customs clearance are paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. To facilitate the customs process, we reserve the right to inform customs of the value of goods within the packages. Biognosys has no influence over this procedure.
